U.S. No. 3 requirements: Minimum weight 52.0 lbs per bushel, maximum moisture 17.5 percent, maximum foreign materials 4 percent, damaged kernels total of 7.0 percent with no more than 0.5 percent heat damaged. White Corn may have a maximum of 2 percent of kernels other than white in the White Corn. More than this it is classified as Mixed Corn.
