The reaped grapes from vineyards are sent to the ý preparing section. There, in order to preserve the ý quality of grapes, It is provided by allowed additional ý eatable like oil and carbonate de potasium.ý The action of adding allowed additional eatable is done under the control of Iran's Health Ministry.ý Then the raisins will be disinfected by the means of ý sulfur and will be transmitted to special halls iný order to be dry. After passing mentioned processes the raisins will be sent to washing sector consistingý of three washing processes. In sorting section theý remain stalks will be removed and the final qualityý control is done by high experienced experts. After final confirmation, the raisins are sent to packingý section and then are transmitted to store in orderýto be preserved and delivered to international market.ý
