Dried Organic Sea/Irish Moss.
Sea/Irish Moss (Chondrus Crispus)is a type of goldish/ purple algae plant native to the Atlantic shores of the Caribbean Islands. Our Organic Moss is harvested directly from the Caribbean Sea by our competent divers, where it is naturally sun-dried and packaged by our staff at our packaging house. It is a gelatinous, carrageenan substance with Hugh amount of benefits due to it’s high nutrients value. One noticeable part of our Moss, is, it’s thin root, which is said to contain most of the nutrients, to include Potassium, Zinc, Iodine, Calcium Magnesium, Vitamins and a source of Omega 3 fatty acid. Our Moss has no additives. It contains natural sea salt which can be removed or reduce through soaking and rinsing Moss.
