We are a family owned and operated Micro-Roaster, nestled in a remote area of the beautiful Black Hills of southwestern South Dakota. At 4200 feet above sea level, the moderate temperatures and low humidity are perfect for the roasting and storage of green coffee. Using a combination of art, science and expertise, our coffees are slow roasted to various degrees to enhance the optimum flavor of each individual bean. After roasting, your coffee is shipped within 24 hours so you can enjoy the freshest cup of coffee available.
