Papen Farms was founded in 1924 by John, George and, Howard Papen. Presently, four generations of the Papen family operate over 1500 acres of land. The main crops grown are Cabbage, Corn, Cucumbers, and Green Beans. These crops are all grown for the wholesale fresh produce market. Our commitment is to provide safe, quality, fresh vegetables for our country. We get tremendous support from our friends at the University of Delaware Agriculture Extension Program.
