Founded in 1909 as the Florida Citrus Exchange, Seald Sweet is Florida's oldest and largest fresh citrus sales and marketing company. Specializing in only premium quality fruits and vegetables, Seald Sweet produce is shipped to chains, special-format stores, wholesalers and terminal markets in the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, the Pacific Rim, and Latin America. Members of the citrus cooperative represent more than 600 growers and 12 packinghouses, which cultivate hundreds of thousands of acres of citrus in all three of Florida's citrus-growing regions assuring season-long supplies of quality citrus. In 1998, Seald-Sweet Growers, Inc. and De Weide Blik, a Belgian holding company, created Seald Sweet LLC. We have a long, proud history of strong service and sales to our customers and our standards of quality exceed all state and federal guidelines.
