Brier Run is a small, family owned, OEFFA certified organic goat farm and chevre producer. With Jean Claude Le Jouen rating their cheese was 'best in the country', all cheeses are hand-made and made to order. Using all their own milk, and strictly controlling quality, the Sava's limit the supply according to the seasons.
