U.S. No. 2 requirements: Minimum weight 54.0 lbs per bushel, maximum moisture 15.5 percent, maximum foreign materials 3 percent, damaged kernels total of 5.0 percent with no more than 0.2 percent heat damaged. A mixture of more than 5 percent of kernels other than yellow in Yellow Corn or a mixture of more than 2 percent of kernels other than white in White Corn classifies the corn as Mixed Corn.
