In 2001, Industrial Magnetics, Inc. celebrates 40 years of experience in manufacturing magnetic separators for the removal of ferrous metals from product flow. Used in a wide variety of industries, theses heavy duty separators are designed to recover metal, increase product purity and protect valuable processing machinery from damage. While offering suspended permanent and electromagnets, drum separators and magnetic pulleys, IMI has expanded its lineup with the addition of metal detectors. These detectors offer secondary sensitivity and splice detection modules, eliminating false detection and costly stop/start delays often encountered with other brands of detectors. IMI offers standard models for all of their equipment offerings, as well as custom designs for unique applications.
