| The goal of the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival (EMSF) is to build and strengthen community spirit through the involvement of a large number of area residents in the planning and operation of a maple syrup festival. Continuing a tradition of 36 years, the EMSF continues to promote the community, surrounding area and local maple syrup producers. |
