National Fluid Power Association (NFPA)
National Fluid Power Association (NFPA)

Accomplishing together what can't be done alone: this is a key benefit of membership in NFPA. Since its founding in 1953, NFPA has been providing a forum for the fluid power industry. Our member companies have chosen to work together within the Association, promoting fluid power technology and applications, educating the marketplace to its benefits, representing the industry to government and to the broader public both nationally and internationally, developing design and performance standards, and broadening the managerial, manufacturing, engineering and marketing skills of their employees.

More than 235 manufacturers of hydraulic and pneumatic products and systems make up the Association's regular membership. Associate membership is available to companies manufacturing products that enhance the technology of fluid power systems. Service associate membership is open to educational institutions, engineering research and/or technical institutions, publishers of trade journals and industry-relevant books - developers of computer software programs related to fluid power and distributors who promote, sell and service fluid power systems and components.
