The Guernsey cow has proven herself competitive and profitable over the years. In today’s markets, she produces high component milk, is an easy calver, adaptable to any climate or management condition, and she is known for her easy disposition. The Guernsey cow is also a proven economical breed. She requires less feed, and converts that feed into more protein and butterfat at a more economical rate than other breeds.
